This class is aimed particularly at people over 60 who may want a gentler workout. Having a strong core is important for everyone but is particularly important for older people.  This class is also suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. This class is not recommended for pregnant women. This class is aimed at the Beginner and is slower-paced than the Mixed Ability Pilates class. Students should bring their own mat.   Pilates is a mind-body exercise that develops core stability, strength, and flexibility and pays attention to muscle control, posture, and breathing.
