A fusion of Yoga and Pilates, Yogalates helps develop tone
and strength in all the major muscle groups. Yogalates helps to calm the mind
and de-stress the body. Students should bring their own mats. This class is not recommended for pregnant women.
Yogalates combines the yogic focus on enhanced mind and body
awareness, strength, stamina, flexibility and balance, with Pilates techniques
to improve posture and create a strong, stable foundation for movement.
