Students   will make beautiful flower arrangements and table decorations with a Christmas theme.   This is a practical, busy class and in the first class, students will be making a Round Posy with Candle.  You will need to bring in the following materials:

-        Greenery, such as pine, holly, ivy, pine cones, mistletoe, anything with berries.  Try your garden for greenery.  Sprayed cones are often available in packs in ‘Two Euro’ shop. This will form the base of your arrangement.      

-Ribbon in Christmassy colours, 

-Two long narrow candles, red or gold.

-Flowers from Supermarket: One packet red baby carnations and one packet red roses.

- Scissors (very important!)
