Baking and decorating a Christmas cake using sugar craft, modelling of figures, flowers etc, decorative writing, and decoration of cake board. Learn all the techniques to produce a beautifully decorated, professional-looking festive cake.  First evening is demonstration and all other classes are practical.  Students must bring in own ingredients.
