Exercise class suitable for all ages and fitness levels. This class is not recommended for pregnant women. This class is aimed at the Beginner and is slower-paced than the Mixed Ability Pilates class. Students should bring their own mat.   Pilates is a mind-body exercise that develops core stability, strength, and flexibility and pays attention to muscle control, posture, and breathing.
