Description: | International Cookery This course covers a variety of dishes (main courses, starters, desserts) of cuisines from around
the world: European, Mediterranean, Asian (Indian, Chinese, Thai). The programme
will be given on the first night. The first evening is a demonstration and all other
classes are practical. Students must
bring in their own ingredients and containers to bring food home.
